SAN ANGELO, Texas — On Thursday, Oct. 28, Downtown San Angelo will host the Downtown Strong Stroll Halloween Fall Festival.
There will be activities and games set up at each participating business. A map and detailed description of what will be taking place at each location can be found below or at downtownsanangelo.com/downtown-strong.
Local businesses will be handing out treats to those who show up in Halloween costumes.
