A jury has sentenced 25-year-old Noe Trevino to 25 years in prison for the murder of Lewis Maston.
Trevino’s mother and father asked the jury to have “mercy on him.”
After hours of deliberation, the jury decided on a sentencing of 25 years, rather than life in prison.
Trevino was found guilty of stabbing Maston to death outside Club Old Skool in Abilene in 2015.
Trevino said he was defending himself.
