SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo Elks Lodge #1880 is hosting a free hamburger lunch for military veterans and first responders from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 29, at 2121 S. Chadbourne St.
Because of the water damage inside the lodge caused by Winter Storm Uri, the lunch will be served in a drive-thru fashion only.
Donations will be taken for the families of Concho County Sherriff’s Office's Deputy Samuel Leonard and Sgt. Stephen Jones, killed in the line of duty earlier this month.
