ABILENE, Texas — UPDATE (May 10): The Abilene Police Department released the name of the woman whose body was found in the Clear Fork of the Brazos, near Lake Phantom Hill last week.
The woman was identified as Priscilla Limon, 38, of Abilene.
Limon's death is being investigated as a homicide, according to a release from the APD.

No arrests have been made in the homicide and the investigation is ongoing.
ORIGINAL STORY: Abilene Police are investigating the death of a woman found near Lake Fort Phantom Hill Wednesday morning.
According to an APD news release, officers were called to an area near Lake Fort Phantom Hill in Abilene at approximately 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, for the report of a body found under suspicious circumstances.
Detectives arrived and found an unidentified woman dead.
Her body was taken to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy.
APD said in the release, the woman's name is known, but has not been released pending next of kin notification and because of the ongoing nature of the investigation.
The woman's cause of death is also pending.
This incident is not believed to be related to the homicide from 1800 University Blvd., the release said.
