San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts to host Miracle on Oakes Street celebration

The three-day event is an extension of SAMFA's Christmas at the Coop.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts' Miracle on Oakes Street celebration will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11; and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16.

According to a SAMFA press release, the event will include artwork for sale at the Gas Station (located directly next to the Coop Gallery), live music, artist demos, free activities with Concho Clay Studio including glazing a cookie plate for Santa during Family Day on Dec. 11; ornament crafting during the Dec. 16 Downtown Strong Stroll; artists demos; beer from Plateau Brewery and barbecue from Southernsmoke BBQ in Studio Rio. Gallery Verde will be hosting folk and traditional artists in its exhibition space.
