The water park is bumping up its adult entrance fee what used to be $6.50 for adults will now be an even $7.00.
An increase of 50 cents doesn't sound like much but this will be due to efforts of cost recovery since the park first opened last year
Director of Community Services, Leslie Andrews said, "That 50 cents difference would make us able to, what we think would be estimated to be about 85 percent cost recovery for Adventure Cove we actually think our cost recovery will be a lot better and then once we have a full year under our belt we may make a recommendation for a few minor changes."
The remaining entrance fees will remain the same the park will open its doors memorial weekend until Labor Day weekend.
