BRECKENRIDGE, TX. — A couple was found dead inside their Breckenridge home. An arrest was made Friday afternoon for their son, 28-year-old, Paxton Lee Sullivan.
Sullivan is being charged with “capital murder of multiple people” of his parents according to the Breckenridge Sheriff’s department.
The bodies of 58-year-old’s, Mitchel and Terry Sullivan were found in their home on Front street.
Sullivan was arrested by the Sheriff’s department just north of Breckenridge on U.S. HWY 183, outside of Stephens county.
Sullivan remains behind bars at the Stephens county jail under a two-million-dollar bond.
The Texas Rangers and the Breckenridge police department are currently investigating the murders. Details have not been released yet.
