SAN ANGELO, Texas — The City of San Angelo will close down a section of Howard Street, from Webster Street to Bailey Street starting Tuesday, October 1. The city expects construction to last until late November. In the meantime, all businesses along the affected stretch of road will remain open, and the city is maintaining access to them. No through traffic will be permitted on Webster, North and Coleman, including alleys. This is the latest phase of the Howard Street Project to reconstruct the roadway.
