SAN ANGELO, Texas — The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office announced the speaker for the flag-raising ceremony that will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 10 at the east parking lot of the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, 222 W. Harris Ave.
According to a TGCSO release, Orlando Alanis, Texas Department of Public Safety regional director, will speak at the ceremony.
Director Alanis is one of seven DPS regional directors and is responsible for all DPS activities, personnel and response in 36 West Texas counties.
The flag-raising ceremony will include City, county and state peace officers and is open to the public.
