ABILENE, Texas — Crime Stoppers of Abilene is asking for help identifying a person who was caught on surveillance video breaking into a pickup truck July 20 on Western Plains Avenue.
A post on the Abilene Police Department's Facebook page says this was "a potentially dangerous situation."
