SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify a burglary suspect.

According to an SAPD Facebook post, the suspect stole a truck Saturday, Jan. 16 from Stripes, 3925 South Bryant Blvd.

The suspect arrived at the store in a light-colored 4-door sedan occupied by another person and then stole the pictured truck, according to the post. The truck had more than $2,000 in tools in its bed and cab.

The SAPD is reminding residents to never try to apprehend a suspect themselves, because it could be dangerous.
