San Angelo woman, Norton man arrested in Runnels Co., charged with manufacture/delivery of controlled substance

RUNNELS COUNTY, Texas — A Norton man and a San Angelo woman were arrested Sunday after law enforcement officers served a search warrant on a home in Norton.

According to the Runnels County Sheriff's Office, deputies assisted by the Winters Police Department executed the warrant at the home in the 1700 block of FM 383 in Norton. 

 A quantity of methamphetamine was found in the home. Johathan Lee, 56, of Norton, was arrested for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 grams, a second-degree felony. Lee's bond was set at $40,000.

Also arrested inside the home was Patricia Oates, 22, of San Angelo. She was also charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 grams, a second-degree felony. Oates' bond was set at $20,000.
