SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Lillian "Star" Marie Talavera, 20.
Talavera has two active warrants for felony debit/credit card abuse, as well as other misdemeanor warrants.
She is 5 feet, three inches tall and weighs 140 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Additionally, she wears glasses and has distinctive tattoos on her chest.
Her last known vehicle was a gray Hyundai Sonata, partial plate MZD12.
