TOM GREEN COUNTY, Texas — The City of San Angelo Health Department has confirmed the fourth COVID-19-related death in Tom Green County.
According to a press release from the COSA Public Information Office, the patient was a man in his 70s, with underlying health conditions.
The City had no further information at the time of the release.
