TOM GREEN COUNTY, Texas — The City of San Angelo Public Information Office reported 14 new confirmed COVID-19 cases for Friday – five PCR and nine antigen.
Residents from Tom Green, Harris and Irion counties were included in the cases.
Thirteen current hospitalizations were included in the report.
As of Mar. 5, the City has reported a total of 16,402 positive cases, of which 202 are active.
Additionally, the City said it has released a total of 356 cases or contacts of cases - 346 cases and 10 contacts of cases - since its last report Mar. 3.
The City said 324 cases did not request release letter and are past the isolation period, therefore can be released from state and local monitoring.
