TOM GREEN COUNTY, Texas — The City of San Angelo Public Information Office said there were 55 new confirmed COVID-19 cases for Friday - 11 PCR and 44 antigen.
The cases included residents from Tom Green, Coke, Edwards, Schleicher, Runnels, Val Verde, Irion, Crockett and Sutton counties.
There were also 59 current hospitalizations reported
The City has reported a total of 15,617 positive cases, of which 1,118 are active.
According to the City, since its last report Jan. 27, 184 cases and contacts of cases - 140 cases and 44 contacts of cases - have been released.
The City previously confirmed three additional COVID-19-related deaths in Tom Green County.
