SAN ANGELO, Texas — While the epicenter of the earthquake was near Ackerly, Texas it was also felt in the Concho Valley, over 100 miles away. The quake reached 5.1 on the Richter scale, according to the United States Geological Survey. People in San Angelo posted on the Neighbors app last night, saying the earthquake was felt in North San Angelo and as far away as neighborhoods around Lake Nasworthy.
