ABILENE, Texas — Downtown Abilene book, gift and gourmet shop, Texas Star Trading Company, corner of Cypress and North 2nd streets is celebrating its 20th anniversary in the Key City.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 22 with a chance for guests to win free prizes.
Carol and Glenn Dromgoole opened the store July 22, 2004, next door to the Paramount Theatre, in a small downtown space that used to be a barber shop. They moved its present, larger location in 2007.
