ABILENE, Texas — Texas Rangers fans lined up by the dozens for a chance to be one of the first 225 people in line to see, photograph and get autographs from World Series championship team members Wednesday at Lithia Toyota Abilene.
Pitchers Jonathan Hernandez and Cody Bradford traveled to the Key City as part of the team's 2024 Winter Caravan which kicked off Jan. 9 in Dallas.
The World Series Champions' trophy is part of the experience for those who got to the event and were among the first 225 Rangers fans to line up.
The Winter Caravan is part of the Rangers' Player Initiatives and Programs. Players, past and present, staff and broadcasters travel with the caravan annually throughout the State of Texas.
