TEXAS, USA — The San Angelo Police Department is advising residents to avoid the area of 19th and North Lillie streets and asking those nearby to stay inside their homes and lock their doors.
Law enforcement has streets closed off to traffic in the area near the Juvenile Justice Center. An officer near the scene said there was "an incident" at the center.
Anyone who has to travel through the area should be on the lookout for three juveniles dressed in orange sweaters and orange pants, a Nixle alert from the department said.
If you see them, call law enforcement immediately.
