TEXAS, USA — As rain continues to roll into West Texas, drivers should be aware of flash flooding that could be potentially life-threatening.
The National Weather Service Abilene San Angelo says rain is expected in the Concho Valley and Big Country Monday and Tuesday with rainfall totals of 2-4 inches.
