ABILENE, Texas — Free candy, live music, themed areas and more will be back in Abilene for the 2022 "Boo at the Zoo" event.
This annual experience will begin at 10 a.m. Oct. 15, 22, 29 and 30 at the Abilene Zoo and special tickets are available at $10 for non-members and $5 for members.
There will be trick-or-treat locations across the zoo in six unique areas: Pumpkin Country (new this year), Reptile World, Zoomanji, Medieval Legends, Pirates of the Caribbean Cove and Fiesta de Animales.
This year's event is being presented by the Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union and all of the activities will be included upon ticket purchase while children 2 and under can enter free of charge.
