SAN ANGELO, Texas — At approximately 4: 30 p.m. Saturday, San Angelo Police Department officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East Houston Harte for a major vehicle crash.
Officers found a passenger car that had left the roadway and slammed into a traffic sign.
SAPD’s Motors Division, Crime Scene and Drone Division were requested on scene to assist with the investigation. Officers learned it was a single-vehicle crash. A 26-year-old man who was a passenger in the car was uninjured.
The driver of the vehicle Chelsea Gray, 26, was pronounced dead at Shannon Medical Center.
