CROCKETT COUNTY, Texas — A San Antonio woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning in Crockett County.
According to a preliminary crash report from the Texas Department of Public Safety, the woman was a passenger in a sedan being driven by Noah Emmanuel Terrell of San Antonio.
The report said the car was traveling westbound on Interstate 10 and Terrell failed to drive in a single lane, veering left towards the center median. He overcorrected the wheel to the right, traveling through both lanes towards the northside barrow ditch.
Once inside the barrow ditch, the car entered a side-skid before rolling multiple times.
Victoria Bianca Garcia, 22, was not wearing a seat belt and died in the crash.
Terrell was taken to Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo for treatment of non-incapacitating injuries.
