SAN ANGELO, Texas — The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's Neighborhood Fishing Program will restock channel catfish in the downtown area of the Concho River every two weeks throughout the summer, and families were quick to get an early start on the season Saturday at the annual Free Fishing Day, where no license is required to fish public waterways.
