SAN ANGELO, Texas — 32-year-old Anthony Devon Evans is wanted for murder after a deadly shooting at Spanky P’s Bar, at about 2 a.m. According to Abilene Police Department, an altercation began inside the bar and a second altercation began outside, resulting in the death of 30-year-old Hayden Smith.
