Junction PD issues arrest warrant

The department linked Eric Lee Hudson to the armed robbery in Junction.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — The Junction Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Eric Lee Hudson. Hudson was apprehended after a chase along I-10 ended with an 18-wheeler crashing into a storage facility in Boerne, Texas. This chase began when law enforcement detected a vehicle matching one leaving a Pilot gas station that was robbed in Junction, Texas. Hudson is currently being held in Kerr County Jail, facing charges of failure to stop, evading and theft of the vehicle. JPD has confirmed Hudson as the armed robbery suspect at the Pilot and according to the Junction Police Chief Rudy Supak, it could be a while before Hudson is moved.

“Because he has to be seen on his charges in Kerr County. We had our warrant served on him in Kerr County and usually the prosecutors will work out who and what and where he stays and how long he stays in each county," Supak said.

According to the chief, Hudson has also allegedly been linked to an armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona. Supak says his department and the Phoenix Police Department are working closely on that investigation.
