NOLAN COUNTY, Texas — Traffic is being rerouted on Interstate 20 near Roscoe because of a major collision involving several truck tractor semi-trailer commercial vehicles.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating said it is investigating the multi-vehicle crash on IH-20 at milepost 239 in the westbound lanes. Traffic is currently being diverted at exit 239 to the north service road and reentering IH-20 at the 235 milepost.
The detour is estimated to last at least two hours or more as the roadway is being cleared.
Drivers are asked to be aware and make alternate route plans to avoid the area if possible.
If you are not able to divert around the area, please drive with increased awareness and caution watching for emergency vehicles and traffic control personnel.
No fatalities were reported in this collision, DPS said.
