SAN ANGELO, Texas — San Angelo Police officers responded Monday afternoon to the 500 block of Glenna Street for a report of a single-vehicle crash.
According to SAPD Officer Loudermilk, an 18-wheeler attempted to make a left turn onto a private drive and collided with a pole.
Officer Loudermilk said no injuries were reported and it was his understanding that the pole was phone and cable. He did not believe anyone is without power.
AEP Texas was on scene to assess the situation.
Since a rig was involved, SAPD will do a follow-up investigation for the offense.
