SAN ANGELO, Texas — “We will never forget,” was the message of the San Angelo Fire Department’s 9/11 remembrance ceremony. However, first responders, military service members and city officials weren’t the only ones in attendance. Civilians also took time out of their day to attend. One of those attendees said his memories have a long-lasting effect on him.
