San Angelo Rodeo parade will wind its way through downtown Saturday

The parade starts at 10 a.m. Saturday, rain or shine.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — It's almost time for the 2022 San Angelo Rodeo parade. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday in downtown San Angelo and will be held rain or shine (unless there's lightning in the immediate area).

Traditionally, the parade features riding clubs, antique tractors, wagons, marching bands and floats. Line up early to get a good seat to see the parade, as well as avoid road closures.

Here's the route:

  • Starts at Irving and Concho streets
  • Proceeds east to Oakes Street
  • Left on Oakes to Twohig Avenue
  • Left on Twohig to Chadbourne Street
  • Right on Chadbourne to College Avenue
  • Left on College to Irving Street
  • Left on Irving to Beauregard Avenue
  • Right on Beauregard to Randolph Street
  • Left on Randolph to River Drive
