SAN ANGELO, Texas — The City of San Angelo says the City Hall Annex building will be closed again Wednesday, Nov. 6, because of an electrical outage that happened Monday.
Water Customer Service payments can still be made:
- Online at cosatx.us/waterbill
- Drop box: A 24-hour payment drop box for checks or money orders is on the south side of City Hall Annex.
- Phone: Call 325-657-4323, press 1.
Customers with payments due Nov. 6 will have a one-day extension.
