SAN ANGELO, Texas — The paving on San Angelo's College Hills Boulevard has almost come to an end.
From Dec. 5-8, West Avenue N through Millbrook Drive will be limited for two-way traffic as one lane will be shut down.
Dec. 8 marks the final road paving, according to the City of San Angelo.
