SAN ANGELO, Texas — Packsaddle Bar-B-Q held a ribbon cutting Friday to celebrate its 40th anniversary.
Members of the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, the Concho Cadre, San Angelo City Council SMD 3 Harry Thomas, Packsaddle employees and community members were at the event to celebrate with owners Don and Tracey Kennemer.
The San Angelo Cars & Coffee group was also at the event with their vehicles.
Tracey Kennemer credited much of the restaurant's success to their team of employees, noting that one couple who have worked at the establishment for 16 and 17 years, respectively, not only met there, they were married at Packsaddle.
