ASU-SBDC hosts virtual 'Fundamentals of Advertising' event

SAN ANGELO, Texas — A free virtual seminar, hosted by the Angelo State University Small Business Development Center, titiled “Fundamentals of Advertising” will be held from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28.

Advertising is a powerful tool business owners can use to get noticed and attract new business. However, the many different options for marketing and advertising can seem overwhelming. The seminar will help businesses increase profits and attract new customers by showing them the many different types of media and advertising strategies to use to market your business.

Businesses will also learn how to create a strong marketing message to help get the best return on marketing investment and learn how to leverage social media. The Texas South-West SBDC's have partnered together to bring expert content to help small businesses grow and succeed.

Speaker will be Dezaray Johnson, ASU-SBDC Director and certified business advisor.
