SAN ANGELO, Texas — UPDATE (1:55 p.m. July 19): The online payment system for the City of San Angelo Water Customer Service is back up and running at cosatx.us/how-do-i/pay-or-purchase.
In-person payments are working for cash, credit or check at 301 W. Beauregard Ave. Drop box payments are available as well. The 24-hour payment drop box is on the south side of City Hall Annex, 301 W. Beauregard Ave. Please pay with check or money order to ensure proper credit.
ORIGINAL STORY: Because of current nationwide technology issues, the City of San Angelo says services at its Water Customer Service division are currently unavailable. All other services that require the use of technology will be limited Friday.
This includes paying water bills in person, online and over the phone.
The City says it will share updates once services have been restored.
