SAN ANGELO, Texas — Legislators from both the Texas Senate and House of Representatives met at ASU’s C.J. Davidson Center for the annual legislative summit on Tuesday, July 30.
The summit consisted of panels with 4 lawmakers and a moderator. Topics covered energy production, resources and more, but one senator says he believes one problem trumps them all.
