TYE, Texas — A performer with the rodeo had way too much to drink early Wednesday morning, went to Baby Dolls in Tye, where he assaulted a performer, then left the scene, the Tye Police Department said.
TPD says Justin Tabor was found at a different location and arrested. While in custody, Tabor slammed his head against the partition inside the vehicle and EMS had to be called. Tye PD says Tabor assaulted EMS personnel.
He was charged with that assault and resisting arrest. Tabor was booked into the Taylor County Jail.
