CHRISTOVAL, Texas — Bart and Wendi Neff, the owners of Christoval Winery, are deeply involved in the science of wine making. The former graduated from Texas Tech University with a doctorate in organic chemistry.
Though the vineyard's team plants varieties that thrive in the West Texas heat, Bart said a little bit of rain goes a long way.
