SAN ANGELO, Texas — Halloween is has arrived at San Angelo’s YMCA. Along with all the Halloween decorations, the Y is giving away costumes and accessories, donated by Walmart. One mom says she loves the idea and a representative at the Y says the main goal is to make sure every young person has a fun Halloween.
