SPRING, Texas — Someone from Spring just claimed a $1 million Mega Millions prize, according to the Texas Lottery.

The lucky ticket was bought at the Hardin Store Express on Dobbin-Huffsmith Road in Magnolia. It matched all five white ball numbers but not the Mega Ball in the Dec. 1 drawing.

The same person won another two bucks on the same ticket.

The winner chose to remain anonymous. If you have any friends or long-lost cousins in Spring, you might want to give them a shout and schmooze a little -- just in case.
