SAN ANGELO, Texas — The filing period to file as a candidate for the May 1 election began Jan. 23 and ends Feb. 12.
According to a release from the City of San Angelo the following candidates have filed as of Thursday, Feb. 11.
Mayor:
Brenda Gunter, Incumbent - filed Jan. 13
Silvara Lawson - filed Jan. 15
Dietrick Tillis - filed Feb. 11
Single Member District 2:
Tom Thompson, Incumbent - filed Jan. 13
Mercedes Dela Cruz - filed Jan. 19
Cie Rangel - filed Feb.11
Single Member District 4:
Lucy Gonzales, Incumbent - filed Jan. 13
Single Member District 6:
Billie DeWitt, Incumbent - filed Jan. 13
Larry Miller - filed Feb. 11
