Radium found in Concho Valley water

Cities work on stablizing radium levels in water.

A new study by the environmental working group says you may have unsafe drinking water.According to the EPA, the legal limit of radium in drinking water is 5 picocuries per liter.
Cities like Brady, Mason and Eden were all over the legal limit.
Brady has 9.2 picocuries per liter, Eden has 6.8, and Mason has 6.2.
The Texas observer reports that the Brady city council has been working on reducing their levels since 2015.
No word on what the others are doing yet.
