SAN ANGELO, Texas — San Angelo Police conducted two LIDAR traffic enforcement operations Monday in various parts of the city.
The department’s Traffic Section conducted a School Zone Traffic Enforcement Operation utilizing LIDAR near the Bonham, Bowie, Crockett, Fannin, Glenmore, Holiman, Lamar, and McGill elementary school campuses. A total of 22 citations and seven warnings were issued.
Following the school zone enforcement, officers conducted LIDAR Traffic Enforcement in the westbound traffic lanes of the 1700 block of East Houston Harte. A total of 39 citations and nine warnings were issued.
