SAN ANGELO, Texas — The City of San Angelo has released the latest count of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Tom Green County. As of 2 p.m. Saturday, there are 20 cases of COVID-19.
COVID-19 tests done in San Angelo (as of 2 p.m. April 4):

- 230 pending
- 374 negative
- 20 positive
According to the City, the three new cases are females in their 40s.
None of the three new cases were reported as community spread.
