ABILENE, Texas — In 2023, George Lessmeister, Scott Kirk, and John Stark came together to announce that the Key City would have a semi-professional baseball team playing in Abilene's backyard. A handful of games into their first season, the team has filled out Walt Driggers field for every home game.
