San Angelo PD responds to three-vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon

One driver was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and no other injuries were reported.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo Police Department responded to a three-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in the 3800 block of the West Houston Harte Expressway frontage road, eastbound.

According to SAPD Officer Loudermilk, a Saturn was traveling eastbound and crashed into a Toyota Tundra, which was pushed into the back of a Ford F-350's livestock trailer.

The driver of the Saturn was taken to Shannon Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The drivers of the two other vehicles were not injured.

The cows in the Ford F350's trailer were uninjured.

The Saturn's driver will be issued a citation for failure to control speed and no insurance.
