Monday COVID-19 update from the City of San Angelo; no confirmed cases, 103 pending

The City of San Angelo is updating citizens daily about community information related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — The City of San Angelo's Public Information Office is continuing to provide updates daily with community-related information about COVID-19.

COVID-19 tests done in San Angelo (as of 2 p.m. March 23):

  • 144 total
  • 41 negative tests
  • 103 pending

Concho Valley Transit:

Effective Monday, passengers may schedule same day trips between the hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please also note that all buses and common areas at the multi-modal facility are being disinfected, top to bottom, at least three times a day and that all employees have been educated to abide by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention COVID-19 guidelines.

San Angelo Chamber of Commerce:

The COVID-19 Business Resource Hub has been updated with information from the TWC and CV Workforce Development Board regarding how to file mass claims in the event that a business needs to lay-off employees.
